KCLR-The Edward Hayden Show

The girls did so well during their recent radio interview with Edward Hayden on Saturday 15th Feb. We are really trying to get the message out there of the ‘ Hour of No Power’- be sure to tell all those you know about our way of helping the environment and making family life a little better!

We were missing one of our Sassy 60 Savers and hope that Niamh gets better soon.

Well done ladies- we are very proud of you all!

Something Fishy

Here are a few pictures of some of our latest experiments. Messy but fun! Check out www.somethingfishy.ie for more photos and updates on our work.

SEAI One Good Idea

We are the Sassy Sixty Savers. We would like to challenge you to join with us in The Hour of No Power!
We are 5th class from Scoil Mhuire Lourdes and  we are through to the Regional Final of the SEAI One Good Idea competition in Dublin on 27th February.
We are seeking to tackle climate change and energy wastage by challenging families to switch off their technological devices for one hour every day and spend time together as a family instead.
We believe that this will help the environment through minimising energy consumption and will also promote strong family connection.
It’s a 60 Minute Switch Off! Are you in?
